Post 2 for today!

Hey I'm on a roll! LOL....anyway I told you I would be making a schedule and we will try it out this next week and I may re-arrange or make some tweaks....but I wanted to share what will be a normal Saturday post! I participated for the first time ever over at CSI-Color Stories Inspiration with case file 26! You have a Scene, the scheme, the evidence and the testimony! Every month there is a prize up for grabs too! Debbi is amazing over there! Anyway you still have time to participate in the case file 26 but hurry the deadline is tomorrow!

This picture of Jackson was perfect for this challenge! His shirt, the background were all the colors requested! And for extras: Savannah spilled sprite on the table right before I took this picture and got the add of sprite right in the middle at the very top! Sweet huh!

Anyway-make sure you pop over there and check all the submissions! Those girls are FULL of talent!

Happy Saturday! I haven't forgotten my last 2 layouts I did for twisted sketches it is with sad news to announce Anam has decided to end the blog :( I was so excited to design for them and I am super sad to see them go. Please stop by the blog and show some love for the last few posts. Here are my last two assignments:

The twist for this one is GRADUATE, anyhow, anyway! So I scrapped Savannah graduating from preschool. 

And this last one is a Thanks twist! I used Noel Mignon Jack and Jill kit!

Insta-Friday

Well happy Friday to all of you! I am going to start working on something new around here and that is a blog schedule! I'm going to start with today and I am linking up with Life Rearranged Blog by posting pictures I took on Insta-gram throughout the week. I just LOVE my iphone! Do you have one yet? I was a little behind  with the times but I got one this past year for Valentines and I love it! I hardly ever go anywhere without it and as bad as it is there are lots of times I don't ever put it down! *GASP* I know right!?!?! Anyway-let's get on with our pictures from this week! I don't think I have very many :(

My sweet lil man! We had popcorn at Memaw's and Pawpaws house! 

My newest addiction: NERDS! They are great....you should try them :) I actually first discovered them at Christmas b/c they have FROSTED covered nerds! OH MY!!!!

J-Man is always being silly! We were waiting at the dermatologist on Tuesday.....eczema for the lil man! :( 

Here is a sneaky peak of a layout I did using the Boardwalk Kit from Noel Mignon....I LOVE it! 

I decided to do something fun with his hair for our fish fry at church! Everyone loved it and he was a hit! :D We need a haircut and then I think we might be doing this more often b/c it's so dang cute!

Happy fourth of july from our family to yours! This is the last of my pics for the week b/c yesterday we stayed inside b/c it was so dang hot out and I see a repeat for today!

Hey all! Just wanted to pop in and say I haven't disappeared we have just been in and out since it's summer and I am not spending much time on the computer these days. I do have some posts I will try to get up tonight but more than likely it will be Monday......

Twisted Sketches

Ok one more quick post from me! Today is the reveal of Sketch 155 over at Twisted Sketches and the 3rd anniversary of the Twisted Sketches! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Online Crop Projects

Happy Hump Day to everyone! I'm so excited!!!! Vacation is calling my name! This past week Noel Mignon hosted an online crop for the online community participated in with some fabulous prizes! Oh My Swoon! Congrats by the way to all the winners! Anyway-I didn't get to do one page a day like I should have done to make things easier.....no we were sick, getting ready for a tooth extraction, still having sick kiddos, trips to childrens hospital, you get the picture! So on Sunday afternoon the kids played with neighbor kids and then one was gone to vbs and another took a 3 hour nap! (the sick one) so I took full advantage and scrapped until my hearts content!!!!! Here are my layouts for the challenges! :D

I used a Jana Eubank sketch and this was for Monday's challenge to recreate the 90's! I used a hand written title, punches and flat stickers! 

I started with a sketch for this one and I'm not sure where I got it so I can't give the credit I'm sorry! This was a kit mix! I used papers from Homespun at noel and from the March Boutique Kit from Scrapbook Addiction! And then I used ribbon from boutique kit and twine from homespun.  I used alphas from Salt Water Taffy and Homespun! 

I used another Jana Eubank sketch here! LOVE this one! We were to use Summer as our starting point! 

S= 3 stickers

U= Uniquely you....that's the buttons

M= multi photos, i used 2

M= misting! I used October Afternoon tin cup and Tattered Angels Midnight blue

E= Edges I distressed the edges which is also something I love to do normally!

R= rubons, the 3cent by the buttons is a rubon! 

This was a color story challenge! LOVE the colors! And again I used a mixture from Scrapbook Addiction and Noel's kits! And I started with a sketch that Gretchen challenged us with! 

This was a bonus challenge and I NEVER use this many photos but it was PERFECT! I'm thinking I might try this a little more often! 

This was that sketch from Gretchen and I used the May Boutique kit from Scrapbook Addiction! I adore this layout! :D 

Sorry for such a long post but I hope you all ENJOY! I had tons of fun and I wish that Noel would do these more often! :D 

Behind!

Well I am WAY behind on this post! It went live on Wednesday over at Twisted Sketches and I am just now getting to post! I am SO SORRY! I have had a sick little guy on my hands, along with having a tooth pulled, soccer camps, birthday parties, hospital trips, the list goes on and on! This week is not looking any better! Phew! Anyway, this is my layout for last weeks Twisted Sketches blog! The twist is cloth...any way, any how! I used my cardstock as my cloth because it looked like denim! So come by the blog and leave the twisted sisters some love :)
